3 months post angioplasty, chest tightness on stress - kya anxiety ka asar hai?

Guys, exactly 3 months post angioplasty and stent placement. Life feels so weird yaar. Ekdum slow motion me chal raha hai. Pehle I used to just grab a samosa from canteen and keep working, ab toh har bite soch soch ke khaata hoon. Wife ne ghee, butter, fried sab band kar diya hai. Kal office me client call pe zor se chill karna pada, aur mere seeth me ekdum tightness aa gayi. Panic ho gaya, directly ambulance bulane ka socha. Fir 5 min baad normal ho gaya. Is this normal? Does anxiety cause this phantom chest pain? Doc says stent is fine, but I cant shake this fear. Koi batao, yeh feeling kab jayegi?
