3 hafte gym, 300 gram loss! Kya main galat hoon ya sab slow hai?
Yaar, 3 hafte ho gaye gym mein jaate hue. Roz subah uth ke wife ka pressure, "Ramesh, ab toh kuch dikhne laga?" lekin main kya bataoon, mirror dekh ke lagta hai wohi 42 BMI wala aadmi khada hai. Kal hi weighing machine pe chadha, 97.5 se 97.2 hua hai. Bas 300 gram. Itna mehnat, itna pain, aur yeh result?
