Bc kal raat se mera left foot ka big toe 🔥🔥🔥. Aisa lag raha hai jaise koi sledgehammer maar ke gaya ho. And I am just 27. 27 bhai! Gym mein deadlift 150kg utha leta hoon, aur aaj mochi ban ke bathroom tak nahi ja pa raha. 😭

I know exactly why. Pichle 3 mahine se roz 3 scoops whey + 2 scoops pre-workout + chicken breast double portion. Protein ki bhookh mein uric acid ne meri leg pe attack kar diya. Kal toh socha tha light jog kar loon, 2 minute mein hi aisa pain aaya ki mujhe lag raha tha toe fracture ho gaya hai. Doctor ne confirm kar diya - gout hai. Uric acid 8.5 hai.

Bhai log, koi batao - kya ab whey completely band kar doon? Pehle soch raha tha plant protein switch karun, but taste ka chakkar hai. Aur yeh pre-workout nahi pi toh gym mein energy hi nahi aati. Mera routine completely khatam ho jayega. 😞
