2 saal keto kiya, phir IF, par daal-chawal se 1kg weight gain? Kya ghar ka khana mota kar raha hai?
Yaar, I'm so frustrated. Mene 2 saal keto kiya, phir intermittent fasting. Weight to gaya tha but ab metabolism ka kuch aisa haal hai ki maine kal ghar ka simple daal-chawal khaya - 2 roti bhi nahi - aur aaj subah weight 1 kg badh gaya! Seriously, water peene se bhi fat aa raha hai lagta hai.
Ab main confused hoon. Har koi bolta hai "ghar ka khana healthy hai" but mera ghar ka khana hi mujhe mota kar raha hai. Gym diet matlab boiled chicken, broccoli, protein shakes - but who can eat that forever? Aur mummy bolti hain "beta, ghar ka khana khao, yeh diet wali cheezein kharab karti hai." But when I eat ghar ka, I bloat like a balloon.
Maine socha hai ab sustainable karna hai. Koi strict diet nahi, bas thoda portion control aur walking. But kal hi mummy ne kaha "thoda ghee daal doon?" aur maine mana kiya toh woh sad ho gayi. You know, Indian families mein healthy eating ka matlab "dieting" aur dieting ka matlab "sick" hai.
Koi hai jo ghar ka khana kha ke bhi healthy raha? Kaise manage karte ho family ko satisfy karna aur apna metabolism nahi bigaadna? Please suggest karo. I'm tired of this cycle.
