Adult Dosage: One tablet every 6 to 12 hours, typically 250-500 mg of Oxytetracycline component every 6 hours. Must be taken on an empty stomach: 1 hour before or 2 hours after meals, with a full glass of water. Do not take with dairy products, antacids, or iron supplements.
Instructions: Swallow whole with a full glass of plain water while in an upright or sitting position. Take at least 1 hour before or 2 hours after meals, dairy, calcium-fortified juices, antacids, laxatives containing magnesium, iron preparations, or zinc supplements. Complete the full prescribed course even if symptoms improve.
