This medicine is usually well tolerated by patients.The common side effects of this medicine include nausea, vomiting, hair loss, low number of blood cells (anemia) and decreases in white blood cell count. The doctor may ask you to undergo a few blood tests before or during the treatment.Your doctor may prescribe you to undergo blood tests before or during the treatment. You may be given supplements to overcome the deficiency caused by this medicine.
