A fixed-dose combination topical preparation containing a corticosteroid (Beclometasone dipropionate), an antifungal (Clotrimazole), and an aminoglycoside antibiotic (Gentamicin sulfate). It is primarily indicated for the treatment of mixed dermatological infections where inflammation, fungal infection, and bacterial infection coexist, commonly seen in tropical climates like India. It provides anti-inflammatory, antifungal, and antibacterial actions in a single application.
Apply a thin layer to the affected area 2 to 3 times daily, or as directed by the physician. Duration should not exceed 2-4 weeks continuously.
