1. Clinical Overview
Atorec-F Tablet contains Atorvastatin (10mg) and Fenofibrate (160mg) for mixed dyslipidemia with high triglycerides. Atorvastatin lowers LDL, fenofibrate lowers triglycerides and raises HDL. Reduces cardiovascular risk.

2. Side Effects
Possible side effects associated with Atorec-F Tablet:
- Muscle pain
- abdominal pain
- nausea
- increased liver enzymes. Serious: rhabdomyolysis
- pancreatitis
- cholelithiasis
- renal impairment. Avoid in severe hepatic/renal disease. Monitor CK
- LFTs
- and renal function. Discontinue if myopathy suspected.
