1. Clinical Overview

Arflur 100 Tablet DT contains Aceclofenac 100 mg, an NSAID that works by inhibiting prostaglandin synthesis to reduce pain and inflammation. It is used for rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, and dental pain. The dispersible tablet can be taken after dissolving in water for easier swallowing.

2. Side Effects

  • and dizziness. Serious side effects include GI ulcers
  • bleeding
  • renal impairment
  • and liver damage. Avoid in patients with active peptic ulcer or bleeding disorders. Take with food to minimize GI upset. Not recommended during pregnancy (3rd trimester).
