Arflur 100 Tablet DT contains Aceclofenac 100 mg, an NSAID that works by inhibiting prostaglandin synthesis to reduce pain and inflammation. It is used for rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, and dental pain. The dispersible tablet can be taken after dissolving in water for easier swallowing.

2. Side Effects
