1. Clinical Overview

Anxipam 0.5mg Tablet MD (mouth dissolving) contains clonazepam, a benzodiazepine used for panic disorder, anxiety, and seizure disorders. The MD formulation disintegrates quickly on the tongue, allowing rapid absorption and onset of action. It enhances GABA activity in the brain, producing anxiolytic and sedative effects. It is a controlled substance due to abuse potential. Used short-term for anxiety or long-term for seizures.

2. Side Effects

Possible side effects associated with Anxipam 0.5mg Tablet MD:

  • Common side effects: drowsiness

  • and impaired coordination. Less common: amnesia
  • depression
  • and paradoxical excitement. Dependence and withdrawal symptoms may occur with prolonged use. Avoid abrupt discontinuation. May cause respiratory depression
