1. Clinical Overview

Amrfy 0.25% Cream contains amcinonide, a medium-potency topical corticosteroid. It is used for inflammatory skin conditions like atopic dermatitis, psoriasis, and eczema. It reduces inflammation, itching, and redness. The 0.25% concentration is suitable for treating moderate dermatoses. It should be applied sparingly to affected areas, usually twice daily. Prolonged use can cause skin atrophy and systemic absorption.

2. Side Effects

Possible side effects associated with Amrfy 0.25% Cream:

  • Common side effects: burning

  • and erythema at application site. Prolonged use may cause skin thinning
  • striae
  • telangiectasia
  • and perioral dermatitis. Systemic effects: adrenal suppression with large areas or occlusion. Avoid use on face

  • or under occlusion unless directed. Not for viral or fungal infections.
