A triple-action antacid and antiflatulent suspension indicated for the symptomatic relief of hyperacidity, heartburn, indigestion, and flatulence. It combines the acid-neutralizing capacity of aluminium hydroxide and magnesium hydroxide (Milk of Magnesia) with the defoaming action of dimethicone. This combination is widely used in the Indian market for rapid and sustained relief from common upper GI disturbances.
10-20 ml (2-4 teaspoonfuls) orally, 4-6 times a day, preferably 1 hour after meals and at bedtime, or as directed by the physician. Do not exceed 80 ml (16 teaspoonfuls) in 24 hours.
