Composition
Each capsule/tablet contains: Amoxicillin Trihydrate equivalent to 250 mg, 500 mg, or 875 mg of Amoxicillin.
Uses
- Treats a variety of bacterial infections (ear, nose, throat, respiratory tract)
- Used for urinary tract infections (UTIs)
- Skin and soft tissue infections
- Part of combination therapy for H. pylori infection
Dosage & Administration
- Adults: 250–500 mg every 8 hours, or 500–875 mg every 12 hours
- Children: Dose based on weight (usually 25–45 mg/kg/day in divided doses)
- Can be taken with or without food; food may reduce stomach upset
Complete the full course as prescribed to avoid resistance.

- Skin rash, allergic reactions
- Rare: severe allergic reaction (anaphylaxis), liver problems
Precautions & Warnings
- Do not use if allergic to penicillins or cephalosporins
