Data Retention & Erasure Policy (Legal Disclosure)

Immediate Deletion (48–72 Hours): All user credentials, Firebase Auth profiles, passwords, push notification tokens, personal demographics, and access permissions are permanently expunged.
Statutory Medical Record Retention: In compliance with the Indian Medical Council (Professional Conduct, Etiquette and Ethics) Regulations, 2002 and hospital accreditation standards, past clinical consultation notes, inpatient charts, and statutory prescriptions generated by licensed medical practitioners are retained for a minimum statutory period (3 years) in an anonymized, detached audit archive and cannot be altered or retroactively erased.
