Yaar, finally decided to go gluten-free and dairy-free for my thyroid. 2 weeks ho gaye honestly. First week toh sirf khana search karte bit gaya - kya khaun, kya na khaun. Aaj subah uthi to body ache kam lag raha hai? Ya bas placebo effect hai, pata nahi.
But ek problem hai - mera chai ka nasha. Doodh chhod diya to double tea bhi band. Ab soch rahi hoon almond milk try karun. Kisi ne kiya hai? Taste theek aata hai? Aur gluten-free roti kaunse atta se banti hai? Jowar ya ragi? Mera cook bol raha hai sab adjust ho jayega but mujhe lagta hai woh bhi confuse hai.
Vese, mera doctor toh kehta hai “diet ka kuch farak nahi padta thyroid pe”. But maine padha hai studies mein ki autoimmune cases mein gluten trigger karta hai.
