Thyroid hai toh gluten aur dairy chhodo? Mera 2 hafte ka experiment shock kar dega!

Mujhe kuch din pehle ek new dietitian mili. Usne kaha ki thyroid patients ke liye gluten free aur dairy free diet bahut important hai. Main soch rahi thi ki yeh sab hype hai ya kuch sach hai. But honestly, 2 weeks se maine dairy completely band kar diya, aur gluten bhi kafi had tak. Body ache mein thoda difference aaya hai, but abhi bhi mornings mein bahut stiffness rehti hai.

Problem yeh hai ki ghar mein sab log roti aur doodh pe jeete hain. Mummy kehti hain "beta yeh sab kya kar rahi ho, kuch nahi hota thyroid se." Aur husband ko bhi samajh nahi aata. They think I’m just being fussy. But jab maine gluten-free atta manga toh woh bhi expensive hai aur sabko alag banana padta hai. Bahut struggle hai.
