Pune shift karte hi PCOD ne li angrai! 😩 Koi accha gynaecologist batao Kothrud ya Aundh me

Ughhh finally moving to a new city is so exhausting yaar. Just shifted to Pune for work and I’m already struggling with finding a good gynecologist. My PCOD has been acting up since last week—extreme mood swings, irregular periods, and that constant bloating. The hostel PG mein khana bhi manage nahi hota, so I’ve been surviving on chai and biscuits which is obviously making things worse.

I tried looking up online but it’s so confusing—Google reviews are either 5 stars with “best doctor ever” or 1 star with “rude staff, avoid.” Like, how do you even trust? My previous doc in Mumbai was a gem, understood my mood swings and never judged my diet slip-ups. Now I feel lost.

Tried a small remedy today—had some jeera water and ashwagandha powder with warm milk. Honestly, felt a little calmer but not sure if it’s helping long term.

Any recommendations for a good gynae in Pune? Preferably near Kothrud or Aundh, who actually listens and doesn’t just prescribe birth control pills without explaining. Also, if anyone has tips on managing PCOD with hostel food, please share. This struggle is real, ya. 😩
