Yaar, raat ko 2 baje uthti hoon, phir neend nahi aati. Bas wohi soch: "Kya kitchen ka gas band hai?" "Kya maine fridge ka door properly close kiya?" "Kya bathroom ka tap leak nahi kar raha?" Ek baar check karti hoon, phir doosri baar, phir teesri. Dil dhadakta hai, neend udd jaati hai. Aaj toh 3 baje uth ke teen baar check kiya. Mera pati bolta hai "Pagal ho gayi ho kya?" Par usse samajh nahi aata ki yeh mere bas mein nahi hai.

Maine ek naya therapy try kiya hai—exposure response prevention. Bas aaj raat gas band karke check nahi kiya. Par neend nahi aayi, soch rahi hoon ki kya galat ho sakta hai. Ghar mein bachche hain, unke saamne main control karti hoon, par raat ko akeli yeh thoughts mujhe khaa jaate hain.
