Hostel mein PCOD manage karna impossible hai ya koi tips hai? š
ughhhh Iām so done with hostel food yaar. Since I got diagnosed with PCOD last year, Iāve been trying to eat healthyāno oily stuff, less sugarābut mess mein kya hi milega. Todayās breakfast was aloo paratha with extra butter because āthatās all we have.ā š Then lunch was chole bhature again. I literally cried in my room after eating because I know itās gonna spike my insulin and mess with my mood swings.
Has anyone here managed PCOD while living in a hostel? I tried ordering salads but theyāre so expensive, and the canteen wali aunty looks at me like Iām crazy when I ask for roti without oil. š
Also, Iāve started carrying roasted chana and makhana in my bagāit helps when I get sudden cravings. But evenings are the worst, ya. That 4 baje ka chai with biscuits is my weakness.
Koi tips for quick, healthy snacks that donāt need a kitchen? Also, do you guys think skipping dinner helps with PCOD? My roommate says it does but Iām skeptical. Help a sister out please!
