Gym diet se weakness? Ghar ka khana hi best hai? Confused!

Yaar main confuse ho gayi hoon. Ghar ka khana kha rahi hoon toh weight stable hai but gym diet follow karne laga toh 2 din mein hi weakness aa gayi. Aaj subah mummy ne paratha banaya tha, maine socha cheat day hai toh kha liya. Ab pata nahi kal weighing scale kya dikhayega 😭

Kya koi genuine advice de sakta hai? Sab bolte hain "ghar ka khana khao, diet karo" but ghar ka khana bhi toh protein mein low hota hai na? Aur gym diet mein roti-sabzi ka kya role? Main toh confused hoon. Koi permanent solution batao please. Bahut diets try kar li, ab bas sustainable chahiye.
