**Engineering wala 24 ka launda, therapist ke paas gaya, ab confusion hai!**
Arjun here. 24, engineering wala. Bas last month hospital admit tha. Parents ko pata chal gaya, ab ghar mein woh silence rehti hai jaise main koi crime kar aaya hoon. Shame toh bohot hai yaar.
Kal pehli baar therapist se mila. Ek uncle type doctor, grey hair, specs. Bola "how are you feeling?" Maine kuch kaha nahi. Bas rone laga. He waited. Itna long silence. Phir bola "it's okay to not be okay." Woh line toh suni thi par uske muh se sunke kuch aur laga.
But ab confusion hai. Kaise pata chalega ki yeh sahi therapist hai? Mera dost bolta hai first session mein kuch nahi pata chalega. Lekin ek aur dost ka experience kharab tha - woh therapist ne usko "just be positive" bola. Socha nahi tha yeh bhi ho sakta hai.
Family wale side se ab aur pressure hai. Papa ne kal bola "therapist ke paas jaane se kya hoga, tu padh le." Unko nahi samajh aata ki yeh brain ki bimari hai, mood nahi.
Toh bhai log, kaise decide karein ki therapist right hai? Kya red flags hote hain? Aur kya first session mein hi pata chal jaata hai ya wait karna chahiye? Thoda guide karo yaar.
