Chai mein gud dalna safe hai kya? Sugar high hai, aankhon mein problem, please help!

Beta log, mera sawaal hai. Subah subah chai to banti hai ghar me, lekin main sochti hu ki chai me chini ki jagah thoda sa gud dal du to kya safe rahega? Mera sugar thoda high rehta hai, aur diabetis retinopathy ki wajah se aankhon me dikkat bhi hai. Kal hi doctor ne kaha tha ki diet me koi bada badlav mat karo bina pooche. Lekin gud to natural hai na? Thoda sa dalne se kya ho sakta hai?

Maine suna hai ki gud me iron hota hai aur digestion bhi theek karta hai. Lekin darr lagta hai ki kahin sugar na badh jaaye. Kal subah paer fisal gaya tha ghar me, weakness ki wajah se. Tab se aur dhyan rakhna chahti hu. Koi batao, gud thoda sa dalna chai me kaisa rahega? Ya phir chini hi theek hai? Main to bas ek cup chai pi leti hu, zyada nahi. Plz help karo, confusion hai.
