Bypass ke baad thakan: turant lete ho ya aise hi?

Beta, main Prakash ji bol raha hoon. Bypass ke baad se thoda aur dhyan rakhna padta hai. Aaj subah thoda sa chalne gaya tha, bas 10 minute, lekin saans phool gayi aur ghabrahat si hone lagi. Pota bola, "Dada, aap aaram karo, lekin sahi tarike se."

Toh meri problem yeh hai: thakan lagne par turant letna chahiye ya thoda baith kar aaram karna chahiye? Aur kya koi aisi exercise hai jo thakan kam kare? Bade doston se guidance chahiye.
