Computer Vision Syndrome Aur Dry Eyes Ke Karan aur Lakshan

Jab hum screen par ghante lagate hain, toh humari aankhein kam jhapakti hain. Normal aankh rozana 15-20 baar prati minute jhapakti hai, lekin screen par yeh ghat kar 5-7 baar reh jaata hai. Isse aankhon ki natural moisture (tears) jaldi se sookh jaati hai, jisse dry eyes ki shikayat hoti hai. Iske alawa, screen ki blue light, galat posture, aur insufficient lighting bhi CVS ke karan hain.

  • Lakshan: Aankhon mein jalan, khujli, ya pani aana.
  • Lakshan: Sar mein dard, gardan ya kandhe mein tanav.

20-20-20 Rule: Aapki Aankhon Ka Best Friend

Yeh rule bahut simple hai aur bahut effective bhi. Har 20 minute ke baad, 20 seconds ke liye, 20 feet (6 meter) door kisi cheez ko dekhein. Aisa karte waqt apni aankhein jhapakna na bhoolen. Isse aapki aankhon ki muscles relax hoti hain aur dry eyes se bhi bachav hota hai. Isse aap apne phone ya laptop par alarm laga kar yaad rakh sakte hain.

Daily Eye Care Routine: Ghar Pe Aasan Upay

Apni aankhon ko sehatmand rakhne ke liye rozana yeh kadam uthayein:

  • Screen Adjust Karein: Apne laptop ya computer ki screen ko aankhon ke level se thoda neeche rakhein (15-20 degree ka angle). Brightness ko room light ke hisaab se set karein.
  • Jhapakne ki Aadat: Jab bhi screen par ho, consciously jhapakne ki koshish karein. Yeh aankhon ko natural lubrication deta hai.
  • Eye Exercises: Rozana 5 minute aankhon ki exercise karein. Jaise: aankhon ko upar-neeche, daaye-baaye ghumana, aur palak jhapakna.
  • Garmi ki Patti (Warm Compress): Agar aankhon mein sukhapan ho, toh rozana raat ko 5-10 minute ke liye garm (garam nahi) pani mein bheegi hui safed cotton ki patti aankhon par rakhein. Isse aankhon ki glands active hoti hain.
  • Blue Light Filter: Raat ke time phone ya laptop par blue light filter ya "night mode" on karein. Yeh aankhon ki strain kam karta hai.

Kya Khayen? Aankhon Ke Liye Superfoods

Aapki diet bhi aankhon ki sehat mein bada role nibhati hai. Vitamin A, C, E, aur Omega-3 fatty acids se bharapoor cheezein khayen:

  • Vitamin A: Gajar, shakarkandi, palak, aur papta.
  • Omega-3: Alsi ke beej, akhrot, aur fish (jaise salmon).
  • Vitamin C: Santra, amla, aur shimla mirch.
  • Vitamin E: Badam, sunflower seeds, aur peanuts.

Agar aapke lakshan 2-3 hafte mein ghar ke upayon se theek nahi hote, ya aapko aankhon mein tez dard, vision mein sudden change, ya roshni ke aas-paas rang dikhai dena jaise symptoms hain, toh turant kisi ophthalmologist (eye specialist) se milein.
