2 AM ho gayi aur dimaag ka movie hall band hi nahi ho raha! Koi kaam ka tip do yaar 😭

Ok so it's 2am and my brain is literally playing a nonstop movie of the most random things - that awkward thing I said in class 3 years back, what if I fail my exams, parents ka taunts about "beta kuch toh karo apni life ka." It's exhausting yar.

I tried that "5-4-3-2-1 grounding technique" I saw on Instagram today - you know, name 5 things you see, 4 you feel, etc. Honestly it worked for like 2 minutes and then my mind was back to "what if I don't get a job after graduation." So annoying.

Anyone else's brain just refuses to shut up when the lights go off? Like why does it choose the worst time to overthink everything? I swear my anxiety peaks at night only.

Small tip that kinda helps me sometimes - I put on those brown noise videos on YouTube. Not white noise, brown one. It's deeper and somehow drowns out the thoughts a bit. But still not a permanent solution.

What actually works for you guys? Need something that doesn't require me to be a meditation guru at 2am. 😭
